The app Phonemes is designed for children aged 3–6 years to learn and play in a safe, ad-free environment.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information (PII). No names, emails, photos, voices, locations, or device identifiers are gathered.

We use Vexo Analytics to collect anonymous usage data, such as:

• Screen views
• Button taps
• Session duration

We do not operate any servers, and no data is sent to us directly.

3. How We Use Anonymous Data

• Understand feature engagement
• Improve app performance
• Identify bugs and crashes

We do not track users across apps, serve ads, or create user profiles.

4. Third‑Party Service: Vexo Analytics

Vexo Analytics collects anonymous usage data using a non-persistent session ID. It does not identify individual users. For more, refer to Vexo Analytics’ privacy policy.

5. Children’s Privacy & COPPA Compliance

Phonemes complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Since we collect no personal data, parental consent is not required. Anonymous data is used solely for internal operations.

6. Use of AI-Generated Content

Portions of the audio and visual content in Phonemes may include AI-generated sounds and images. These are used to enhance the learning experience and are reviewed to ensure suitability for children.

7. International Users

The same protections apply to users worldwide, including under GDPR and similar laws. We do not collect personal data.

8. Security

Vexo Analytics secures data using HTTPS and encryption. No personal data is collected or stored.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

Anonymous data may be retained by Vexo Analytics for up to 24 months. Since data is not tied to individuals, specific deletion requests are not applicable.

Any changes to this policy will be posted here. Major updates will be announced within the app.
